Creating a custom design with us always begins with a creative consultation with one of our jewelry designers. You’ll come in store to discuss what you’re looking for in terms of your design
aesthetic, desired feel, and budget. Our designer will then work with you to create an initial sketch that is beautiful, suited to your vision, and within budgetary concerns.

Once you’ve approved your initial design and we’ve taken a deposit, we’ll move forward with fine tuning your design. Our team will create a 3D virtual design rendering, which you can then review and adjust as many times as you desire. We want every client to love their final design, so we are happy to fine tune your mockup until you’re 100% satisfied with it.

After you approve your CAD images, we’ll start the production process. First, we will create a wax version of your jewelry, which you are welcome to view if you so desire. Then, once your
wax model is perfected, we’ll send it off for casting and manufacturing at our Los Angeles studio. Once your piece is manufactured and has passed several quality inspections, we’ll move on to the very last stage of the process: presenting you with your perfect, one-of-a-kind custom design.
