Step 1: Consultation

Shopping for an engagement ring at Diamond & Design always begins with a consultation with one of our expert jewelers. During this initial consultation, you’ll share what you have in mind for your engagement ring’s aesthetic, the size and shape of your center stone, and your budget. If you have any pictures or other forms of inspiration for your ring, you can share them during your consultation. Additionally, if you have any questions about engagement rings, no matter how general or specific they may be, we’d be happy to answer them at this time.

Step 2: Engagement Ring Setting Selection

Once we have a general idea of the design you’re looking for, we’ll move on to the ring setting selection process. Our team will carefully comb through our expansive engagement ring selection and select numerous options that fit your goals for your ring setting. We’ll then present you with these options and listen to your feedback. If you find a ring setting you love right away, we’ll move on to step three: selecting your center stone. But if you’re not completely happy with any of the presented rings, we’ll explore other options. Our team may pull additional rings based on your feedback or we may explore the possibility of customizing one of our designs to better suit your desires.

Step 2: Engagement Ring Setting Selection

After we’ve found a ring setting that’s perfect for you, we’ll begin the loose diamond presentation process. During this final step, we’ll present you with different diamonds that suit your specifications for your center stone. We carry a diverse selection of high quality loose diamonds in store, with a multitude of carat weights and shapes to suit different needs. We can try on different diamonds with different diamond ring settings to allow you to see how your completed engagement ring will look.

Note that if you cannot find your ideal center diamond or gemstone within our in store selection, we can source diamonds and gemstones. If you’re looking for something specific that we do not have in store, we can reach out to our partners to find what you’re searching for. Once we do find your perfect center stone, your engagement ring shopping experience is complete. All that’s left to do is wait as we create and put the finishing touches on your dream engagement ring.
