Shipping & Returns

The following shipping schedules are reflective of shipping alone and do not include production time. Shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipping, duties or taxes of items returned to us.  Once we have created your jewelry you have the following shipping options in the continental United States and Canada:

*Please note that these delivery times are estimates and actual delivery depends on the carrier, and may vary. For international shipping (including Canada), please allow extra time for customs and processing.

Free Ground Shipping
We offer Free Ground Shipping on all US orders. When placing your order, simply select your preferred delivery option on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase. Think of it a little gift from Dana Walden to celebrate your upcoming engagement, nuptials or commitment ceremony.

Signature Required
A signature is required for all domestic and international packages.

Diamond & Design insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example, a surprise engagement ring) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

Free Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase at, standard in stock items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery. The merchandise must be in original condition; we do not accept refunds for products showing any signs of wear or damage. In addition, we do not allow returns or exchanges on any altered items. These would include custom sizing, engraving and rhodium polishing, and special orders – essentially, any items that we do not usually keep in stock or that have to be custom made. At Diamond & Design, we are confident that you will be thrilled with your jewelry; however, if the item is not to your liking or specifications, we are happy to accept a return within 10 days.

Custom made or specially ordered pieces (including engagement rings and wedding bands) are created especially for, and based on, the exact requirements of each individual client and therefore may not be returned or exchanged.

To refund an in stock item, you must first speak with a representative at Diamond & Design to obtain a return authorization number. Without a return authorization number, the item will be shipped back to the sender. Your return package should include the item, along with any packaging and documents that came with it. Go to your local post office or carrier, have the item fully insured for the purchase price, and ship it to our address at Diamond & Design *Link to contact page address info*. Please note that Diamond & Design cannot be responsible for any shipping charges or insurance fees on refunded items. Ask for a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us. For security purposes, do not write the word ‘jewelry’ anywhere on the outside of the box.
