Every bridal shopping experience at Diamond & Design begins with a consultation. You’ll speak with one of our knowledgeable team members and go over some basic details of what you want from your engagement ring. You’ll discuss what you have in mind for the style of your ring, the
size and shape of your center diamond or gemstone, and your budget. If you have any inspiration images, you can share these during your consultation. If you have any questions about engagement rings or the engagement ring shopping process,
please feel comfortable asking them during your consultation. No question is too big or too small, too general or too specific. Our goal is to make sure you have the best possible
experience as you shop for your engagement ring and our team will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
After we get a general idea of the style you’re looking for, our staff will begin to carefully look through our bridal collection to find options that suit your aesthetic. Then, you’ll be presented
with a curated selection of settings and you’ll go over them with our team. If you find your  perfect setting at this step, we will move onto the next step of the process, selecting your center
stone. If you don’t fall in love with any of the settings, we’ll explore other options. Our team may pull different settings based on your feedback. Or, if none of the settings are exactly right, we can discuss your customization options.

At Diamond & Design, we can customize any of our settings to perfectly suit your tastes. For example, we can make a white gold ring into a rose gold ring, make a gemstone ring into a
diamond ring, add side stones, adjust proportions, and so on. We can also go the completely customized route and design an engagement ring for you from scratch. If you have a specific

diamond we carry has been hand-selected for quality and beauty. During the diamond selection process, you’ll be presented with various diamonds that fit your desired specifications and pair well with your chosen setting. As you examine these options, we can discuss any additional
questions you may have about diamond education, such as questions about the 4Cs. We can also place different diamond options within your chosen ring so you can see the complete
picture of how your ring will look with each diamond. After you’ve selected your center diamond,  we’ll move onto the final step of the process: putting your setting and diamond together and making your perfect engagement ring.
